The first Valencia CF Elite Campus of the year came to a close his Saturday at Mestalla, concluding a week in which 25 young players gained first-hand experience of the VCF Academy working methods.
The VCF Academy is amongst the Top 5 in Europe for producing top level players, according to the last two reports made by the CIES Football Observatory.
The participants, from different parts of the Valencia region, Spain and countries such as France, Poland and Canada, trained at the Ciudad Deportiva during the Elite Campus.
A large team of VCF Academy coaching staff worked with these players, with the aim of helping them in their learning process in football. They were given exercises and precise indications for their positions, tips to apply throughout the season and masterclasses in talent management, video analysis, psychology and nutrition.
A personalised report will be given to each player taking part, drawn up by the VCF Academy coaches.
The players also had the opportunity to enjoy a meeting with Koba Koindredi, Jesús Vázquez and Hugo González, players who came up through the VCF Academy and who have already made their debuts for the first team in either an official match or in friendlies.
